This week, we welcome Simonetta Carr, author of Bitesize Biographies – Renee of France. Simonetta Carr was born in Italy and has lived and worked in different cultures. A former elementary school teacher, she has home-schooled her eight children for many years. She has written for newspapers and magazines around the world and has translated the works of several Christian authors into Italian. She is also author of several Christian biographies for young readers, including John Calvin, Athanasius, and John Owen. Presently, she lives in San Diego with her husband Thomas and family. She is a member and Sunday School teacher at Christ United Reformed Church.

He is a graduate of Westminster Seminary California, holding a Master of Divinity degree and an MA in Historical Theology. This week, we welcome Dr. Jay Budziszewski, author of the book The Revenge of Conscience: Politics and the Fall of Man. Dr. Budziszewski is professor of government at the University of Texas, Austin, where he has taught since 1981. He specializes in ethics, political philosophy and the interaction of these two fields with religion and theology. Budziszewski has written widely, in both scholarly and popular venues, about a variety of moral and political issues including abortion, marriage, sexuality, capital punishment, and the role of judges in a constitutional republic. His principal area of publication is the theory of natural law. J. Budziszewski received his Ph.D. from Yale University in 1981, and is also author of the books Evangelicals in the Public Square, What We Can’t Not Know: A Guide, and Written on the Heart: The Case for Natural Law.

We welcome David Clark on a special Saturday edition of the program, author of You, Your Family and the Internet. David Clark was born and brought up in a missionary family working in France. A Bible believing Christian since the age of 15, he is active in his local Evangelical and Reformed church in England, where he lives after spending a number of years in the USA. He has worked with computer technology for over 30 years, has a degree in Computer Science and Electronics, and carried out Postgraduate research into the uses of Artificial Intelligence in the design of silicon chips. He owns and runs a consultancy company that carries out technology related work for the UK and US governments. He has published a number of technical papers at various conferences, ranging from the use of Artificial Intelligence, to Risk Analysis. He has also served on the boards of Evangelical Times and Evangelical Press, as well as working in publishing in the Russian and Chinese languages.
